CoachingDoes anybody really know what time it is (moving to daylight savings time is difficult for me!)  It’s that in-between time of year that makes me a little nervous.  Winter is past – or is it?  Spring may be coming (yo yo temperatures every day!) or not.  If I finish raking leaves from last fall (I’m a little slow), will a March storm  blow them all over the place?   Is all this uncertainty a metaphor for how I live my life?  I hope not!

Our new PsychicTeachers BookClub podcast (www.blogtalkradio.com/psychicteachersbookclub) discussed The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo the past two weeks.  Am I the alchemist in my own life? Do I have the desire to really create my life the way I want it to be, in conspiracy with the Universe?  I believe I do, and I believe you do too!

Here are some suggestions:

1. Be very clear about how you want your life to look.  What do you want to change?  Accomplish? Who do you want to be in your life?  NO “yeah but….” allowed!

2. Write your intentions down, and say them out loud.  The universe can’t “conspire” to help you if you don’t express what you need/want!

3.  Determine what you can DO differently, and then DO it!

4.  Ask for help.  There are supporters and guides along your path willing to help you, but you must ask.  You might consider an intuitive reading or spiritual coaching to assist you in gaining clarity in setting your intentions and carrying them out (see the Services section of my website).

True alchemy isn’t about turning base metal into gold or discovering the Philosopher’s Stone.  True alchemy is realizing that the answers to life’s challenges already exist within your heart and psyche.  You hold the key, and you must unlock the door.

“At times you have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you’ll discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover is yourself,” says Alan Alda.

Blessed be,

Deb
